The South Australian Pride Awards exist to put names to the things that already happen across the community: the volunteer who shows up every time, the event that gave people somewhere to belong, the workplace that got it right.
Most of that work goes unnoticed by anyone outside it. Nominations change that. They turn something one person knows about into something the whole community gets to hear.
What happens next

Not everyone who deserves recognition asks for it. This is the part where you say it out loud on their behalf.
